7 Simple Steps to Purchase a Car from Japan Auto Auction

1. Registration

Please sign up in our system to manage your deposits, auctions, bids, and payments easily.

2. Advance Deposit

To begin bidding and purchasing cars immediately, you will need to make a deposit. Once your account has a deposit, you’ll gain VIP status, granting access to view all upcoming auction cars. Please note that most auction cars are exclusive to VIP accounts. The required deposit amounts are outlined in the table below.

3. Make Bid for your Preferred Car

Select your desired vehicle from our auction stock list and submit your bid using the Make Bid form. We will process your bid request and place the bid at the auction on your behalf.

4. Bid Results

Successful Bids

If bid is won, we will send you the invoice, if bid is failed, we will return your deposit or you can use it for the next bid.

If bid is failed, we will return your deposit or you can use it for the next bid.

5. Final Payment

Once we send you the proforma invoice, you can complete the balance payment within 72 hours.

6. Shipiment & Documentation

Once we confirm that your full payment has been received, we will send all the necessary documents for receiving the car through expedited courier services (DMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS).

7. Receive Your Vehicle

You are now ready to pick your car at your destination port. Please make sure you bring all the required documents
