How to Participate in Car Auctions

Japan Auto Auction is a system where used cars and vehicles are sold through bidding. There are many auction halls in Japan that offer high-quality second-hand cars at great prices.
We are members of major auctions like USS, ARAI, TAA, CAA, AUCNET, ASNET, JAA, and I-AUC. This allows us to offer vehicles from top brands. Japan auto auctions are a popular way to buy used cars, with many auction houses across the country. For customers who want to bid directly, we provide access to the auction, where you can view car details online and quickly decide on a purchase.
To start bidding, we ask for a deposit of JPY 100,000 per car. This deposit is refundable at any time before a bid is successful.

View Auction

Our view only service is free, However if you wish to place live bids you’ll need to pay a bond deposit.

Bond Deposit

For new clients, the bond deposit is US$1000 or 25% of the intended bid value. Your deposit is secure and will be credited towards your first purchase or otherwise refunded in full should you choose opt out. Pay by bank T/T or by Paypal sales@japanautoexports.jp

Inspection

We'll translate the auction sheet to English and send you a written report of the vehicles condition prior to bidding.

Place Bids

Search over 100,000 cars per week – find your car(s) and place your bid , If you get stuck or have any questions, you can ask our experienced staff via the bid notes on the auction website.

Successful Bids

If your bid is successful, you'll receive an email and invoice once the auction is over. We’ll also let youknow the results of all the cars you bid on, and didn't get.

‍Transport & Delivery

We'll arrange the pick up and delivery to the nearest port where your vehicle(s) will be queued for shipment.*Any vehicles which are being shipped by container or dismantled for parts will be transported to our CKD factory in Toyama.

Shipping & Documents

We’ll take care of all the Japan side red-tape and arrange shipment on the first available vessel.Documents will be sent by express courier once payment is confirmed.

How do I register?

How does bidding work?

Bidding is easy. Once you have registered and logged in, you can browse through our available vehicles and place your bid. You can enter the maximum amount you are willing to bid, and our system will automatically increase your bid incrementally to maintain your position as the highest bidder. If someone outbids you, you will be notified via email, allowing you to place a higher bid if desired.

How do I pay?

Once you have won a vehicle in the auction, you will receive an invoice with the total amount due. Payment can be made through various secure methods, including bank transfer or online payment platforms. Our team will guide you through the payment process and ensure a smooth transaction.

Can I inspect the vehicles?

Yes, we encourage our customers to inspect the vehicles before placing a bid. We provide detailed vehicle information, including photos and condition reports, to help you make an informed decision. If you are unable to personally inspect the vehicle, we can arrange for a third-party inspection on your behalf.

Is shipping available?

Yes, we offer shipping services to our customers worldwide. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your purchased vehicle to your desired location. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and the size of the vehicle.
